RX Unlimited Pharmacy located in North Hills is looking for an operations manager to join our team. Our Operations Manager will monitor and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including payroll, logistics, procurement, sales and customer service.

PAYROLL: Processing bi-weekly payroll and commissions for employees.

HR: Interfacing with the employees regarding timesheet, time off, and attendance.

INVENTORY TRACKING: Keeping track of all stock items within the various departments to make sure we place timely orders.

PROCUREMENT: Source and negotiate the best pricing for necessary orders from vendors.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure excellence in patient care and order fulfillment.

MARKETING & SALES: Overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organization.

Previous administrative and management experience preferred.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably a compounding pharmacy

Proven record of leadership, conflict resolution, and daily operations management in a healthcare setting.

Highly analytical and the ability to review patient metrics (sales vs. forecasts)

Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain and logistics.

On Site. Monday - Fridays from 8:30-5:00pm

The expected pay range for this position is $28 - $38/hr. Individual compensation may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience.
