Description
If you love helping people than this is the job for you. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join our team. Must have prior customer service experience relating to ecommerce and technical issues. This is mostly email customer service versus telephone. You must have great email communication skills and be proficient with typing. At least 65 WPM
Responsibilities
  • Order status, Credit call billing and recurring payments
  • Trouble shooting Steaming audio, video and Podcasting
  • Login, password and other account access issues

  • Experience with the following is a plus!!
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Audio and video editing
  • Basic Image editing & manipulations
  • Basic HTML tags
