Description
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED customer service representative to join our team. If you love helping people than this is the job for you! This is mostly email customer service versus telephone. You must have great email communication skills and be proficient with typing.
Responsibilities
  • MUST have prior customer service experience relating to eCommerce and technical issues.
  • Customer Support via email, telephone & chat.
  • At least 65 WPM.
  • Order status, credit call billing and recurring payments
  • Logins, order tracking & site navigation inquiries
  • Trouble shooting Steaming audio, video and Podcasting
  • Login, password and other account access issues
  • Order management, processing and light inventory management.
  • Various misc. duties including compiling reports & one off projects.

  • Audio and video editing
  • Basic Image editing & manipulations
  • Basic HTML tags
