Description
We are looking for Box Subscription Acquisition Manager to lead business operations for our newly launched ecommerce site. This is a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves position with an opportunity to have a significant impact on the success of our site. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about online shopping and e-commerce to manage and grow an online web property for a nationally recognized brand.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the online experience is conducive to sales. Website works, it's fast, it's up and running, it's secure. The products on the website are attractively photographed, and the descriptions are accurate.
  • Coordinate all in store and online promotions including email campaigns. Track the success of all promotions.
  • Create newsletters and other such marketing documents.
  • Monitor and track the performance of all SEO & SEM (ad words) initiatives.
  • Monitor customer reviews on the various online portals; Amazon, Google, Yelp.
  • Given a marketing budget, the specialists should have a goal for sales projection tracked against the industry and in comparison with the prior years.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, marketing, the buying group, and the technology team to ensure customers' needs are being met; coordinating with our technology team and communicate to all departments.
  • Coordinating with our technology vendor to ensure the team has the right tools in order to do their jobs and the website is up to date.

  • The following qualifications are required:
  • Have working knowledge of HTML.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce
  • Familiar with Google Analytics reports and e-commerce funneling.
  • Knowledge and experience working with online marketing and monetization models, specifically affiliate, PPC and SEO marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience with managing ecommerce sales or online marketing.
  • Familiarity with the box subscription industry is preferred.
